Am afraid
Am scared
Am terrified
A times petrified
To see
To think
Feel, Experience
Let alone imagine
Your cry
Your fury
or your pain,
And even worse,
your absence.

Forget feelings,
And remind the heart,
That it is just an organ,
Just like a butt or its hole,
Remind it of its sole role,
Cause am frail as a whole,
Tell it to just pump,
The red damn blood.

Lady!
Your eyes,
Your voice,
Has an arousing timbre
That unwillingly excites and tampers
Sensually with my timber
Raising its herculean temper
Quenchable only by thy thighs
Precious!
Princess!
Come over
Stay! Sleep over
And let my timber
Swim in your honey

You claim to be naïve
But how like a knife
You manage to open me up
I wonder
How like a drug
You manage to get me hooked up
To your heaven-like charms
I still wonder
And how like a fire
You manage just with a kiss
To set my whole body amiss
I will forever wonder
kipruto muthemba, 18 may 2012
To forever thrive
You need contributions
From the involved institutions
So love, please do be gradual
Delay your ecstasy
For we are good with dedications
But poor with predictions
Hence can’t tell what happens,
When the music stops
And she goes silent
Dragging our heart to hell
Either self-destruction
Or distrust for her kind
So love, please do be gradual
Gently grow but don’t be casual
To deny us your splendors

A society damaged
By too much connectivity
But less consideration for correctivity
Out the window, gone is humanity
And suspended is unity
While she is fornicating
Her mother is two-timing
While her father, seconds away
From raping their neighbors’ goat
All are devils in an angel’s coat
Yet wonder why priest and pastors,
Prefer young boys and are passed us
Economically, from our pocket
Feeding like electronics to a socket
Who’s going to change the docket?
Because enough is enough
These leaches must go

You are my dream
Like to a kid ice cream
I will forever
And from wherever
Treasure you
You are my future
Thee, I will nurture
Thee, I will protect
From whoever
And from whatever
With pleasure
You are my love
And my Jove
You, I will adore
Yours am ever
To err you never
But shower you
With pleasance

To the kins of my mother
Am just but another
Wasted if not lost blood
Not a part of their flood
But a drop in the desert
A fallacious bad dessert
Mine is only but a name
Apparently lacking the norm
The aura and the silk
Of the people from the land of milk
So I ran to my fathers folks
But on the hearts are locks
Instead of a feast
Am branded a beast
Reminded of my milky name
Of my accent so lame
All this for trying to associate
With the people from Mt Kenya
Now I am a tribal orphan
I feed off hands
Of my adopted parents
In the morning, we drink coconut juice
Flavored with some salty sea water
While at lunch time, Osama a chicken
And in the evening, rescue a drowning fish
Only to deep fry it using some E-class kimbo
Thus am reaping the gains relaxed akimbo
For being truly Kenyan

We are like their tails
Engulfed by their chains
They say, we move.
They smile, we love
Lunatics, we taken as
But our prize, we get
To us love and sex begets
And if they forget
Another, we go get
Since sex is our goal
Our life’s coal
With porn-stars as icons
Suppliers are winners.

Nowadays am in a fight.
Always wrestling the night.
To please bring back the light.
For am promised your sight,
When dawn finally comes.
So on you, my eyes gently moves.
Mind utterly shocked to object.
With my heart silently strolling along.
Amazed by your lovely eyes.
Amused by your stunning beauty.
Confused by your striking smile
“If only my hands could see you”
And with excitement I break
To the melody, when you speak
Damn!! What a gorgeous voice
Now am left with no choice
But to forever hate nightfalls
For depriving me of you
My miss July
