When you find me sad
Lend me half a smile,
When I find you sad
I'll share all the tears that you had.

When you find me lonely
Spend half a moment with me,
When I find you lonely
I'll share all my life with you.

When I'll fall silent forever
Call me once by half my name,
I'll answer you.

If ever you fall silent
I'll call you by all the names
That I could never tell you -
Would you answer me then?
