Life 2

Everyone is a beginner at life. Is life a game? In some ways, yes. In some ways, no. Life is something that can be always used in an analogy with virtually anything. Life is like an apple. It seems all shiny and inviting, but you never know if it's poisonous.
Life is like a mirror. You can always see yourself, but you never know what's inside.

But that's beside the point. Everyone's a beginner at life.
Let's put it this way.
We've all been born. It's the only way you're reading this.
We're all going to die. Face it. Whether you die at 100 or at 40, you're going to die. It's not some hardcore fact that will make your life miserable. But you have to admit. It's there.
We have this one chance, this ultimate one chance, to live our life as myself, as me. After that, it's heaven, nirvana, whatever you believe you go afterwards. Even if it's another life. In this life, you're you. Only one life as you.
So we're all beginners.

"Pah, elementary level human! You have just begun life."
"Pah, elementary level human! You're still in your first life."
So in a sense, we are all equal. Whether older makes you wiser or younger makes you stronger, it does not matter. Because wiser means more able to deal with reality, and stronger is an illusion that makes people think stronger body over stronger mind.

So what is reality? Have you ever thought? Besides the "This is life" thing you hear every time you complain, people say "Get real." or "This is reality," though I don't hear that too often.
Reality? I say it's an area. Let's put it visually. Reality is a fenced off area. It's a small area in a vast, endless world. It's a small pigpen in a vast, endless, prodigious world. It's something that the more you explore, the more you find out that there's more.
In this small fenced off box of reality, lives the hundreds, thousands, millions of humans. What do they do?
They sit. They stand. They look around.
The people in the dead center are people indulged in the depths of reality, drowning in it (now it's an analogy with the ocean--great.), with no idea what's outside of the place.

When we're born, we're free. We're outside of the fenced off area. We're roaming freely, tottering here and there, learning to walk, learning to live. We then realize that unless we want to live in seclusion and die at an early age, we have to accomodate to our surroundings, accustom ourselves, make ourselves fit with the majority. It means stepping into reality.
Artists are closest to the edge.

Have you ever thought, maybe we don't believe certain things because we're afraid of them? Because if they do exist, we're not the top of the 'food chain,' or we're in jeopardy of whatever's out there?
The universe is endless. It's infinity.
Now, how could anyone possibly believe that whatever we think of doesn't exist?

Say a number.

That's absurd, it doesn't exist!
Well, it's far away, yes, but it still exists.

Humans are afraid of the dark. Because we're used to seeing things. So when we can't, we naturally find the need to see what we can't.
But we can't see in the dark, which makes us afraid.

Let's say, magic.
Oh, great, it's probably a kindergartner who believes in magic.
Is there a Harry Potter out there? I'm not outright saying that we should all wear pointed hats and march off to Hogwarts.
I'm not saying we should all believe in that, nor is that fully the truth.
But in forms of such as magic, things may appear. They may not, even. In fact, there's a very slim chance we will run into something we haven't really seen, because the world is endless, and beings are scattered around the inifinite field.

So magic jeopardizes the fact that we have power. Because it gives them what they need, with a swish of their wand. Here, if we want something, by the rules of reality, we have to get it.

Darkness jeopardizes the fact that we have power over space, over manipulating things, over seeing things.

So what is reality? Something humans have created.

Now, wisdom is the ability to live through reality with the least blunders. It's the ability to not just listen to people speak, but listen to what people mean. It's when you think.

Getting older does not mean that you will become wise. There are plenty of foolish elderly out there. And plenty of wise youths.
It's your perspective, and your way of thinking.

Life?
It's a game, when you have one life.
Play it well, play it carefully. But remember to do what you can before you finish.

Death comes when it thinks you deserve it. Death comes when it is your time. You may not agree. But Death will know.
When you have finished your deed on Earth.
People die of natural causes, early age accidents, diseases, murder, so forth.
Maybe you die becuase you have finished your deed positively, maybe you do so to warn others who might make the same mistake, it might warn others to be careful, to be thankful. But once your deed has been done, you know that you will die one day, and there is no worry to why or when or how. Because you have helped the world, and you should feel comforted.
