Fury spills out
I begged them to stop,
They didn’t listen.
I begged them to help,
As one of them said, “Kiss ‘em.”
My body beaten up,
And nowhere to run.
All they did was punch and laugh,
Like they thought it was fun.
Something snapped in me,
The fear turning into fury quickly.
The pain ignored as I attacked,
And the sight of their faces, turning sickly.
I could have laughed as their plan turned wrong,
But I didn’t have a cold heart like them.
All I did was stare,
And then they started to listen.
