I desire what most fear
I am a weight upon your shoulders,
A raindropp in your storm.
I am a set of rolling boulders,
A wasp amongst a swarm.
I am an anchor on your ship,
A stone in your shoe.
I am the tear when you lose grip,
A bubble you just blew.
I am the fear in your eyes,
A scream in the night.
I am the pain in their lies,
A sting in the bite.
I am the anger in your soul,
A cry in your dreams.
I am the darkness in the coal,
A burn behind the beams.
What I desire is what most fear,
When it comes I will not shed no tear.
