our two worlds collide
to create a new
full of possibilities
imagined only in
our beautiful reality 
 
like two distant polar points
destined to discover
how complete it really feels
to revolve around
the other 
 
my yellow blends
so perfectly
with your ocean blue
together we become a green
neither one of us could ever be
if we remained alone
and so I yearn to mix with you
to become the color both
symbolizing love
and growth 

if you could look
beyond these eyes
and see the soul that is inside
you would find it
intertwined
so tenderly with you
