The view was vividly
invigorating as she peered over the vast ocean of brick complexes
The sun was set perfectly
in the middle of the noon sky mixes of orange, purple and reds fitting together
like a puzzle piece
The sight was to die for
it, really was she started thinking of all the things in her life everything
that was wrong
Though these thoughts were
painfully stabbing and ripping her heart it was as if she felt absolutely
nothing; she was numb
The girl stepped on the
ledge of her brick complex and looked at the sky again wondering why ? How
could such a terrible thing happen to me ?
She waited for answer
honestly hoping maybe she’d get a sign stopping her from doing what she was
about to do
But to her dismay nothing ,
no answer was given just the sound of cars, people, traffic and the
verbal idiocy once every few minutes or so
She laugh a little to
herself in disbelief at the fact she’s really here right now about to
plummet more then several stories down
But the girl didn’t care
she just wanted it all to be over she turned around with her back faced to the
ocean of brick complexes
Taking the biggest breath
ever and clenching her fist she shifted the weight from her toes to her heels
and let go
As she fell she cut through
air she felt weightless and free, free like the bird she’s always wanted to be
The closer she got to the
pavement her life flashed swiftly across her eyes
,birthdays, parties, friends, mishaps and moments of complete joy
A rush
of nostalgia washed over the girl consuming her;wrapping her in a
blanket of comfort
She closed her eyes finally
she reaching her end; her final destination she didn’t even notice the people,
the crowd loosing their minds
She just lay there on the
pavement, eyes still closed slowly drifting as her heartbeat slowed
And drift she did

I ate it.... I ate the fruit
The Fruit of Temptation
Lust
Each and every bite tasted so wonderous
Even though with wach bit became more lethal to my heart
But I didnt care I took the chance
I died later of heart failure

There's Blood on my hands it seems
No matter how hard I try Washing them
The Blood doesn't come off
This Blood
of
Men, Women, and Children have Stained me
inside out so many innocent.....
I think to myself will I ever be forgiven?
Once I return for the Blood On My Hands?
