The Forgotten Touch
The Forgotten hands,
ghosts are grabbing,
the soul of man.
The invisible caress,
tears through air,
the emptiness attests.
The frozen eyes,
glare forever yonder,
the heart denies.
The darkened stare,
blind to all,
the wretched despair.
The venomous lips,
velvet to touch,
enthralled and bewitched.
The abysmal kiss,
unbeknown to one,
the serpent's hiss.
The begotten one,
bruised and battered,
My life undone.
