How do face a Dream?

How do you face a dream?

When her eyes look your way,

How do you face the beauty?

When her smile will make your day.

Her eyes will seek the answers,

Hidden deep inside your soul,

Her smile will spill desire,

That will cut your feelings cold,

Her nearness takes the words away,

Your heart has yearned to speak,

Her closeness ties the words in knots,

And your utterance is weak

What do you say to such a dream?

When she’s there it’s like a breeze,

Now she here right by your side,

Insecurities want to please.

Instead you run and hide away,

With words you’ll never send,

You hide with hope and hungers,

That in all, she’ll comprehend.

Sleepless Night

Windows of the soul.

They weep,

Subtle in fading light

Twilight sees the tears

Begin

That fall to the paling light
